What drives us? The answer may seem complicated, but it's actually simple and can be summarised in a single word.

QUALITY

.

Every day we work to offer our customers a better service. Quality is never negotiable. That's why over the last five years we've invested hundreds of thousands of euros in machinery, training and human resources.

.

Our thirst to offer the best quality and to inform our customers is huge; this blog and our YouTube channel are proof of that.

.

Ever since we pioneered the introduction of direct printing in Portugal (way back in 2013), we've been working to find ways to improve the process, both in terms of costs and quality for the customer.

.

The effort was recognised by our customers. We have seen this not only in the growing number of orders we receive, but also in the compliments we receive on a regular basis. But that's not enough for us. It's not enough because we still have a long way to go, both in terms of quality and speed.

Throughout 2019 we tested many scenarios and solutions. We easily realised that there was still room to increase quality and that we weren't working at a high enough pace to keep up with the orders we were receiving. We even had delivery times of one month at certain stages of the year. Something unthinkable in an industry that wants to be fast and where people don't wait.

.

It is precisely in order to take a leap forward in the quality we offer and the speed with which we work that we announce that we already have a new machine in operation, which in our eyes is the best direct printing machine on the market.

We are now able to produce at a much higher speed and the quality we are now presenting is just INCREDIBLE!

Direct to Garment

The reds are brighter, the purples have better definition and all the colours have been improved. Not only do we see progress in colour vibrancy, but we also see a substantial improvement in print durability.

.

In addition to the new machine, we also completely modified the entire process. Those rectangular spots (from pre-treatment) around the prints? In 90% of the jobs they disappeared!

Digital print production

.

Our new processes are - for now - confidential. There is still a lot to work on and improve, and we believe that in the near future we will be able to achieve even greater speed with higher quality.

For now - and in a first phase - we've managed to have at least 50 per cent more production capacity, while also increasing what really matters, quality.

.

2020, we're ready!
