We've said it many times over the last few years, but it never seems to slow down. Embroidery<\/a> is one of the company's fastest-growing areas within our print shop and where we have invested the most in recent years.<\/p>\n

We confess that it was a huge surprise and that there was a lot of resistance until we made a definitive commitment to this method of decoration, but we quickly fell in love with the quality of the work it allows us to do, especially on embroidered shirts and caps<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We believe that this is due to our great prices, combined with a much higher than average quality in the product we offer. Our embroidery<\/a> failure rate was below 1% in the last quarter, which easily demonstrates the high quality of the work we present to our customers.<\/p>\n

Contrary to what it may seem, embroidery is much more than pressing a button on the machine and letting it work. The lines break, there are small flaws to correct and it's probably the article that takes the most work in post-production (and also in pre-production). That's why we have a minimum production of 12 embroideries with the same image.<\/p>\n

In this first photo you can see the various traces left by the lines after the work comes out of the machine, both in the text at the bottom and in the stars at the top, inside the \"ball\".<\/p>\n

All these points have to be removed manually, with very specific scissors. It's about finding all the small strokes within the text or image and cutting from both sides, removing the excess line. It's extremely meticulous work and, in images like this, very time-consuming.<\/p>\n
