What techniques do we use to print T-shirts<\/a>? Let's explain.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We've already talked about some of the main techniques we use in previous articles on this blog<\/a>, but let's revisit them in a very summarised and concise way for your reference.<\/p>\n\n

1) <\/strong>SCREEN PRINTING <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n

At Maudlin Merchandise<\/a>, we love \"screen printing<\/a>,\" which is to say, printing through screen printing<\/a> techniques. And we do it very well! Whether through direct color screen printing or screen transfer<\/a>, we have the capability to produce excellent work, even in large quantities. <\/p>\n\n

Screen printing<\/a> is the most widely used and appreciated textile printing method in the market due to its quality and durability. At Maudlin Merchandise<\/a> we always recommend screen printing for customers looking to make a significant quantity of garments in solid colours and who appreciate quality above all.<\/p>\n\n

2)<\/strong>DIRECT PRINTING<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n

The title literally says it all, because Direct Textile Printing<\/a> has really brought T-shirt printing<\/a> to a whole new level! We are in the presence of one of the greatest innovations in textile printing in recent decades and Maudlin Merchandise<\/a> has pioneered this new decoration technique in Portugal!<\/p>\n\n

We used to say that for us direct textile printing<\/a> was clearly the future of printing, but the reality is that over the years this statement has changed and today we can say with complete certainty that it is the present and that it is clearly here to stay!<\/p>\n\n

3) <\/strong>FLEX PRINTING<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n

Flex printing and flex cutting continue to be two of the techniques we use most in textile production, including t-shirts, enabling production in small quantities and at very affordable costs.<\/p>\n\n

It has excellent colour reliability, so it's perfect for jobs containing illustrations, and all our flex print<\/a> jobs have automated cutting to ensure the best possible visual quality!<\/p>\n\n

We guarantee that, as long as the washing conditions are respected, the print not only doesn't come off, but doesn't lose its original colours, so quality is always guaranteed with us.<\/p>\n\n

What types of t-shirts, colours and sizes of decoration do we offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Versatility is also our middle name and when it comes to T-shirt printing, the only problem will be choosing, such is the diversity of our offer: white T-shirts, coloured T-shirts, technical T-shirts, unisex t-shirts<\/a>, t-shirts for women<\/a> and children's t-shirts<\/a>, nothing left to chance<\/p>\n\n

As far as decoration sizes are concerned, we offer 5 variants:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

1) A7 | Up to 5x10cm or 10x5cm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The 5x10cm decoration is fantastic for small prints in the pocket\/heart area, and can also be used on the back of the neck, both horizontally and vertically.<\/p>\n\n

2) A6 | Up to 10x15cm or 15x10cm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The 10x15cm decoration is used in two positions: either in the heart area for more complex logos, or on the back, in the nape area; it can be done either horizontally or vertically.<\/p>\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n

3) A5 | Up to 20x15cm or 15x20cm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The 20x15cm decoration is widely used both on the chest and on the back (particularly for names or small logos); it can be done horizontally and vertically.<\/p>\n\n

4) A4 | Up to 20x30cm or 30x20cm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The 20x30cm decoration is by far the most widely used and versatile we offer, and can be used for both chest and back decorations; it can be done horizontally or vertically.<\/p>\n\n

5) A3 | Up to 30x40cm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The 30x40cm decoration is also widely used, especially for round logos or larger prints, but it is the most expensive option in terms of printing; it can only be done vertically.<\/p>\n\n

As we've mentioned before, there are more than a few options when it comes to printing T-shirts, so our recommendation is always to check with the shops. price lists<\/a> to get a better idea of the values practised, as well as by garmenting a personalised quote<\/a>, which we will be happy to answer.<\/p>\n\n
