Embroidery<\/a> is probably the method of clothing decoration<\/a><\/strong> we talk about the least on this blog<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

However, it is still the way of personalising clothes<\/strong> that has grown the most in the company in recent years. It is therefore one of the places where the company pays the most attention and tries to evolve. We realise that making embroidered badges<\/strong> or embroidered clothing is an art and that we still have a lot of room for development.<\/p>\n\n

To put it another way, making a super complex and large logo is relatively simple. But embroidering a text is extremely difficult. This is because logos are very permissive. We don't look at it through a magnifying glass, trying to spot every little detail and finding fault. They are usually relatively large line stains that disguise any small imperfections you may have.<\/p>\n\n

Text, on the other hand - especially if it's short - is very problematic because our brains are more than ready (and conditioned) to try to read and understand it. We look at every detail and our minds need to understand each letter very quickly in order to translate it into a complete word.<\/p>\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n

It may be a professional fault, but I can't help but look at a T-shirt (whether screen-printed or in another method of decoration) and read. I go down the street and my tendency is to look at the t-shirt and read the text.<\/p>\n\n

Now, assuming that most people are like this, this really causes problems because we need to be able to read and understand in fractions of a second.<\/p>\n\n

The problem with text, unlike a logo, is that it uses very few lines. Usually it's a \"dot or two\" that turns into a letter. But with so little bite, it's extremely difficult to turn it into something you can actually read.<\/p>\n\n

With this in mind, we rolled up our sleeves and tried to figure out how to solve the problem.<\/p>\n\n

It took us around 12 months - largely because of the difficulties in sourcing materials due to COVID - but we found a solution.<\/p>\n\n

This solution allows you to create higher quality texts, even small ones. Today it allows us to embroider shirts<\/strong> that only a year ago we were refusing because we couldn't do the job with the quality that characterises us.<\/p>\n\n

Today we are able to create much finer and more readable texts. We were able to create extremely fine lines alongside thicker ones. This is perfect for personalised patches<\/a><\/strong>, as they are usually made in very small areas and with great detail.<\/p>\n\n
