The overwhelming majority of our customers are looking for quality printing.<\/p>\n\n

There's always a lot of talk about the best printing method, how to print t-shirts<\/a> with the greatest durability and quality.<\/p>\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And that's right. Print quality is extremely important when we want to personalise clothes, but the job is much more than choosing screen printing<\/a> or embroidery<\/a> as the \"best\" method of decoration.<\/p>\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n

Choosing the garment we're going to work with is just as important as the method of decoration and will have a brutal impact on the whole job.<\/p>\n\n

Here's an example:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

I want to personalise caps<\/a> with my shop's logo and sell them to my customers.<\/p>\n\n

Everyone knows that embroidery<\/a> is a premium way of personalising and that it's very good quality, so I demand embroidery because that way I guarantee TOP quality.<\/p>\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n

But I don't want to spend a lot of money on the cap as the embroidery is quite expensive, so I choose the Beechfield promotional cap.<\/a> The photo is nice and I'm saving a few cents compared to the Atlantis<\/a> cap. LET'S DO IT!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n

I get my work and it's awful.<\/strong> The text lacks definition, and parts of the logo are terrible in the centre seam area.<\/p>\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n

Why? Because you've opted for a promotional item (budget, economic) and it's not the recommended garment for this type of work.<\/p>\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n

This is a visually beautiful cap, but it's an extremely thin and very malleable cap. Embroidering on caps<\/a> is tricky because you can't have a cap that's too thick (it can break the needle and it won't slide as well between stitches) or too thin (the cap will deform during production and you won't be able to keep a simple line straight).<\/p>\n\n

What's more, it's a cap with a centre seam (6-panel cap), an extremely hard place where it's not easy to embroider, and the needle can \"fall out\" to the left or right of this seam.<\/p>\n\n

.<\/p>\n\n

We spent a lot of money on a cap that ended up being almost rubbish because it wasn't good enough to sell. Probably for an extra \u20ac0.50 or \u20ac1 per cap you'd get a much better job.<\/p>\n\n

This is what we mean when we say that yes, the quality of the decoration matters, but the item we're going to decorate is also very important.<\/p>\n
